What days is the venue closed? VROversea is open every day
What are your opening hours? We are open daily from 2 PM to 11 PM. On weekends, our hours may change to 11 AM to 1 AM. For more details, please check our booking schedule on the website.
Are there any age restrictions? Our games are enjoyed by guests of all ages. The only restriction is that players must be over 6 years old.
Can I buy your experience and take it home to play? Unfortunately not! Our experiences are designed to be played in large spaces. It's the third generation of VR, which is exclusive with freedom of movement in mind, and with safety procedures in place to ensure you won’t run into other players or walls.
Should I arrive early for my booking? Each session lasts one hour, and your game must end within that session as the previous or next group may have a private session. If you arrive too late, you may lose playtime as the next time slots may be booked by other customers. For example, if your booking is for 1 PM and you arrive at 1:20 PM, your session will still end at 2 PM to accommodate the next group. We appreciate your understanding.
What games do you have? We have several fun games for children aged 6 to 10, as well as multiple games for adults (12+). Adult games are divided into two categories: team-based (against zombies and aliens) and competitive (against each other) in shooter genres. You can choose the experience that suits you best.
How long does a game usually last? Our gaming experiences are generally longer than our competitors’, which our guests appreciate. Depending on the type of game, our adult experiences last between 45 minutes to one hour, including game setup and instructions.
What should I wear to the game? Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, including bending and crouching. We also recommend bringing indoor socks or shoes, as outdoor footwear must be removed inside the venue. Indoor slippers are also available for your convenience.
How do I book for a large group? To book for a larger group, such as a corporate event, party, or school/university event, please book online or contact us directly.
Will there be an instructor if we come with children? Yes, of course. The administrator is always on hand to monitor the gameplay and assist if needed.
an I bring my own drinks and food? Yes, of course. You can bring your own food and drinks to celebrate a birthday or corporate event. Alcohol and hookah are prohibited.
How many people can play at the same time? Our sessions usually accommodate 8 players, but some games allow up to 10 players.
Do you disinfect the equipment? Headsets and controllers are fully cleaned and sanitized after every session. There is always time allocated between experiences to ensure thorough cleaning.
